As CEO, Jeff co-founded Biz Hub’s parent, Seneca Property, having previously enjoyed a distinguished career at some of the UK’s leading real estate businesses including as Managing Director at Blackrock with responsibility for its £3bn UK property fund. With a growing property portfolio and more than 40 staff to oversee, Jeff remains as busy now as he has ever been as he seeks to ensure Biz Hub continues to provide better business space to its customers.
Chris joined with Jeff to co-found the business, having previously worked together successfully for a number of years. As Managing Director, Chris is responsible for a wide range of financial and operational matters within the business and oversees Biz Hub’s head office operations. Chris is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with PwC before embarking on a career in property.
Paul heads up our Sales and Marketing Team and is responsible for attracting new customers to our centres as well as increasing the depth of services that we can provide to these customers. Paul has a lengthy history in both sales and real estate and has an excellent understanding of the key challenges and concerns facing customers having recently completed his MBA.
Matt is responsible for marketing activities across the Biz Hub estate, working with our centre teams to deliver localised marketing plans to attract and retain clients. In Manchester, Matt heads up corporate partnerships, digital marketing and our social media accounts. Being based in Manchester also allows Matt to get stuck into project management, recently heading up the conference room renovation on site.
Vicky has over 20 years’ experience working in the property management industry, having worked for some of the largest multi-occupancy operators in the UK. Vicky brings creative flair to the Biz Hub team and is currently leading a £500,000 transformation of our estate as we modernise facilities and introduce a wide range of new amenities for our customers.
Zoe is responsible for the day to day management of finance operations including ensuring all of our 500 customers receive their invoices on time and assisting with any payment issues. Zoe is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified at Deloitte before embarking on a career in industry, and joined Biz Hub from Carlisle Companies Inc in which she was responsible for managing the finances and its 80-strong workforce.
As our Sales Coordinator, Leanne is often the initial point of contact for customers looking for serviced office space and meeting rooms. Having worked in the managed space sector for several years, Leanne is able to listen to a customer’s requirements and propose solutions to their office or meeting space requirements. Leanne coordinates all viewings across the Biz Hub portfolio and is always on hand to discuss availability with office agents and brokers.
